An Arsenal Worth of Creatures
Pik has to dominate more than 20 species on his journey! Using the Crystal, he’s able to Rule these anomalies, conquering with unique combat and platforming skills. He can also stash a single creature besides his saddled knave for later use, made possible by the unknowns of the Crystal gem.
The Archon’s Fast-Paced Nature
Not on a creature? Pik wouldn’t hesitate – he stirs show-quality combat, no matter who he faces! A strong emphasis goes towards fighting moves, and the combat system’s simple, but rewarding nature to make sure packing a punch never feels wrong.
Strengthen Your Abilities!
Collecting Ooze allows you to gather Skill Points and unlock or develop what Pik and his creatures can pull off! This steamy, aqua-esque material is usually obtained by eradicating enemies. Skill Points are shared among all fighters.
An Open World to Explore
The game ranges across several hubs that are interconnected and easy to traverse, offering a variety of locations, biomes, missions, puzzles and collectibles. Each area has its own species and challenges! Leaping between unlocked warp points makes navigation smooth and accessible, if need be.
Interactive Platforming
Pik doesn’t just fight – he must get to his enemies! Platforming is not just downtime, but a satisfying, important piece of the game. While Pik can do a handful of things on his own, every creature comes with a special utility to cross gaps, get through harmful obstacles, and more!
Collectibles
The world is big, so is the set of items to gather. While every level has dog tags to gather customization and plushies to reveal secrets, certain areas may be filled with gear and other useful assets.
Bonus levels grant rewards, but impose great difficulties! Pik may only face some of them after qualifying for the entrance conditions.
